  • Demolition of existing out-of-date control system.
  • Installed all new Johnson Controls PCG and PCV controllers throughout the building. The building systems include a boiler and chiller plant, four air handlers, and 43 VAV boxes.
  • All of the programming was done in-house at Stanton Mechanical Inc.

Franciscan Village Senior Care Community

Lemont, IL

  • Retrofit of complete building control system from Pneumatic to Electro Pneumatic. This system was chosen because it lowers the entry cost to the owner while utilizing the pneumatic actuators that are in good working condition.
  • The installation includes three boiler and two chiller plants, six air handlers, two rooftop units, two makeup air units, and numerous reheat coils.
  • This system allows the building engineer and manager to remotely monitor the facility to insure a comfortable environment for their patients while providing cost savings.
