  • Removal of a 70 ton and 110 ton heating and cooling rooftop unit.
  • Replaced with new energy efficient units with variable frequency drives, staged heating and cooling, and integration with the existing building automation system to provide optimum operation.
  • New units were custom manufactured to fit original curbs for a cleaner and faster installation without creating new roof penetrations.

  • Installed two 25 ton and two 17.5 ton rooftop units along with the accompanying duct systems.
